Subprocessors — Delivery Zone

Delivery Zone uses the following third-party providers to operate the service. The providers listed under "Current subprocessors" may process personal data on our behalf where necessary to provide, secure, support, or bill for the service.

We will notify registered account holders and update this page at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes personal data on our behalf.

Current subprocessors

Cloudflare, Inc.

Purpose: CDN, edge delivery, security services, and frontend hosting
Region: Global edge network
Privacy information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

Scaleway SAS

Purpose: Cloud infrastructure and transactional email delivery
Region: European Union
Privacy information: scaleway.com/en/privacy

Neon, Inc.

Purpose: Managed database hosting
Region: European Union
Privacy information: neon.tech/privacy

Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

Purpose: Payment processing, subscription management, invoices, billing portal, and payment-related customer support
Region / transfer information: EEA where supported; international transfers may occur under Stripe's DPA and applicable transfer safeguards
Note: Payment-related personal data may be processed by Stripe and its affiliates as necessary to provide those services.

Data suppliers that are not subprocessors

Licensed third-party Finnish postcode data provider

Purpose: Finnish postcode reference data used for delivery-zone calculations
Status: Data supplier/licensor only. This provider does not process Delivery Zone customer personal data on our behalf.
Note: We do not sell, publish, sublicense, redistribute, or provide direct access to the underlying postcode database.

Changes to this list

We will email registered account owners and update this page at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes personal data on our behalf.
